SXSW EVENTS FOR PROJECT W
THE CHALLENGE
SXSW is one of the most crowded weeks on the calendar, and standing out means giving women founders and investors something better than another badge and another panel.
Project W needed a slate of events that would draw the right people in Austin, serve founders at different stages, and create the kind of rooms where real relationships form, all while reflecting the caliber of the Project W community.
THE RESULT
We built and produced a multi-event SXSW presence. Founded in Texas paired women founders with investors for direct, actionable pitch feedback.
A sold-out poker night brought founders and funders together over the table for a night that was as fun as it was useful. And a highly curated dinner gave women GPs space for genuine peer-to-peer conversation, an event attendees have called the most impactful dinner they attend all year.
Targeted marketing filled each event with the right audience, and the week strengthened Project W's standing as a must-attend for women in tech during SXSW.
