THE CHALLENGE
Foster Garvey set out to bring attorneys and guests together for a multi-day retreat at Hotel del Coronado with a clear goal: make attendees feel valued and show that the firm is a great place to work.
That meant an experience that felt personal and special at every turn, backed by programming that delivered on leadership's vision across several packed days.
THE RESULT
We started by listening to the client’s goals, then built agenda options designed to meet them, shaping the experience strategy around the message they wanted attendees to walk away with.
We created a custom system to generate personalized itineraries for every guest, coordinated activities and dining across multiple days, and managed all attendee communications so everyone always knew where to be.
On-site, our team ran the retreat from load-in to load-out. The result landed: several attendees called it the best retreat they'd been to at any firm they'd worked with.
